Some stories arrive all at once. Others take years to understand. I'm interested in both.
Introduction
I believe the best stories don't always begin where we expect.
Sometimes they begin with a career.
Sometimes with a heartbreak.
Sometimes with a question that refuses to leave us alone.
I'm drawn to stories that help us see ourselves a little more clearly, laugh at the parts that nearly broke us, and make sense of the chapters we never planned to write.

Why I Write
I've spent years helping bring other people's ideas to life.
Writing gives me the opportunity to explore my own.
I'm less interested in having all the answers than I am in asking better questions. Writing slows things down enough to notice what was really happening, connect the dots, and find the story hiding underneath the story.
If something I write helps someone feel seen, makes them laugh, or reminds them they are not the only person figuring things out as they go, then it was worth writing.
